Who is responsible

Information submitted through the enquiry form
The enquiry form asks for a name, work email address, organisation, role, a topic and a description of the mandate. Only the name, email address and description are required. The same applies to information sent to the firm directly by email or telephone.
This information is used only to respond to the enquiry and, where an engagement follows, to manage that relationship. It is not sold, rented or used for unrelated marketing, and it is not sent to Google Analytics.
Form processing
Enquiry submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, the firm's website hosting and form-processing provider, and forwarded to the firm's business email. Netlify may process this information on servers outside India. Submissions are reviewed and removed from the form-processing service periodically, and enquiry records are retained only for as long as needed to respond, maintain business correspondence and meet legal obligations.
Cookies and analytics
Cookie consent is managed through CookieYes. When the site is first visited, a banner asks whether analytics cookies may be used. Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after the Analytics category is accepted. If it is declined, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is sent.

Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives the visitor's IP address in order to deliver them. No cookies are set for this purpose.
Changing cookie preferences
Consent can be withdrawn or changed at any time through , which is also available in the footer of every page. Cookies can also be deleted through the browser's settings.
Access, correction and deletion
A request to access, correct or delete personal information held by the firm, or to withdraw consent to its use, can be sent to business@prologuet.com. Requests are handled in line with applicable Indian data-protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as applicable.
